Print stickers

How to download print-ready PDFs from the portal, which paper to use and how to cut out the cards.

You print the stickers from the portal as a PDF. The PDF is exact to the millimetre, so what you see on screen is what you get on paper.

One vehicle

Open the vehicle

Go to Vehicles in the portal and select the vehicle. The QR code card is on the vehicle’s page.

Choose a format

Choose one of the four formats. The preview shows the card in the correct proportions.

Download the PDF

Click Download PDF. The file contains one A4 sheet with the card and cut lines.

The whole fleet

Open the QR print sheets

Go to QR print sheets in the portal. Filter by organisation, make or model year to select vehicles.

Choose format and content

Choose a format. Turn on Show vehicle info if the make and model should appear on the card, so that drivers find the right sticker.

Download the PDF

The portal shows how many A4 sheets you get. Click Download PDF.

Paper and printer

  • Print at 100% (actual size). Do not choose “Fit to page”, as that shrinks the cards.
  • Dashboard, Sun visor and Label print on self-adhesive A4 sheets (label paper). The card is then ready to stick on.
  • A6 prints on plain or heavier paper and goes in a holder or pocket, or on self-adhesive sheets if you want to stick it on.
  • Use a laser printer if you have one. Ink can smear if the sticker gets damp.

Cut out the cards

The cards sit edge to edge with a thin grey line around each card. Cut along the line with scissors or a paper cutter; the line disappears in the cut. If the cut is off, the QR code gets a little extra margin on one side. This does not affect scanning.

Next step: Mount the sticker.
